When looking to visit the Dragonfly Maze, tickets can only be purchased on the door.

Ticket prices (these were correct as of 12th April 2025):
Adult - £4.50
Child 4-14 years - £3.50
Child 3 and under - Free
Family ticket (2 a and 2 c) - £15

Dogs are allowed to visit as long as they are kept on leads at all times.

The Dragonfly Maze is open to the public Monday-Friday 10.30am - 3.30pm and Saturday-Sunday 10am - 4pm. Please keep an eye on their facebook page for any last minute opening changes.

We spent around 20 minutes here. The average times advertised on their website is between 20-50 minutes.
​
At the Dragonfly Maze, you have to solve 14 clues to create a sentence. This 14 word sentence is the last clue needed to find the golden dragonfly at the end of the maze. There is also a small gift shop at the end.

The boys loved being able to help us find the clue locations throughout the maze.
There is plenty of parking available in a pay and display car park next to the maze. We used the 'pay by phone' app to purchase our ticket. We paid £10.10 for 10 hours as we decided to also visit the model village and birdland while we were visiting.

While at the Dragonfly Maze there is no cafe, however there are plenty of pubs within walking distance.
​
When we visited, our eldest was 4 years old and our youngest was 2 1/2 years old. We found this day out had something for everyone, no matter your age.

There are no onsite toilets, however the rissington car park which is next to the maze had payable toilets.
​
We found the pathways wide enough to comfortably fit through, however these pathways are not wide enough for a pushchair.
​
Overall, we would happily visit again in the future once the boys are older as they would have forgotten how to find the golden dragonfly. We loved the fact this maze had clues to find as it made the challenge even more fun, they had hand sanitizer stations located throughout and security cameras which we felt was good to have especially if a child was to become lost in the maze for whatever reason, however we felt the gift shop could have done with more merchandise including something to do with the golden dragonfly and found the toilet situation not the best, therefore we have rated this day out 4 stars out of 5.
