Meteor Business Park, Cheltenham Road East, Gloucester, GL2 9QL.

When looking to visit the Jet Age Museum, you just need to turn up on the day. Entry to the museum is free of charge.

The Jet Age Museum is open to the public Saturday and Sunday 10am-4pm.

We spent around 1 hour here, however we could have soent longer if we had something to eat in their cafe.

At the Jet Age Museum, there were many planes to view including cockpits to go in, a gift shop and cafe. They also do a letter scavenger word scramble hunt for children which they win a plane poster at the end.

Our favourite part was going into a cockpit of a plane. The staff were extremely informative and allowed the boys to sit in the pilot and co-pilot seats and pretend to fly the plane.

There is plenty of parking available in a hard surface carpark. There is also disabled parking spaces available. Parking is free of charge.

While at the Jet Age Museum, you can stop for something to eat at their cafe. There were also some outdoor picnic benches to enjoy your own food.

When we visited, our eldest was 3 1/2 years old and our youngest was 2 years old. We found this day out had something for everyone, no matter your age.

We found one set of toilets in the attraction. Changing facilities and accessibility toilets were also available.

We did not take the pushchair with us, however the pathways were smooth so I don't think we would have struggled with a pushchair.

Overall, we would visit again if we were in the area. When we saw staff they were friendly and the boys loved pretending to fly the planes. We found the gift shop had a good range for the size and we were shocked to find this attraction was free of charge to enter, therefore we have rated this day out 5 stars out of 5.
