We spent the full 2 allocated hours there.

At Hockerhill Adventure Barn, there was a large indoor castle themed wooden climbing frame, a toddler section which had smaller climbing frames and a reading section along with some puzzles, a reading section for the older children, and outdoor play park which included seings and a zip line, an outdoor sandpit and a go karting section where you can race around a track which travels both inside and outside the attraction.

Our favourite part was the indoor wooden castle. There were slides, tunnels and many different entrances to climb up to enter the castle.

There is plenty of parking available in a sandy gravel style carpark. There is also disabled hard surface parking spaces available. Parking was free of charge.

While at Hockerhill Adventure Barn, you can eat something from their cafe. A pulled brisket brioche burger served with fries and salad was £12. You were not allowed to bring in your own food.

When we visited, our eldest was almost 4 years old and our youngest was 2 1/2 years old. We found this day out was perfect for children especially under the age of 12.

There was a block of toilets available inside next to the cafe.

We found the flooring flat around the attraction. We did not bring in our pushchair, however we did see others with pushchairs parked up against the side.

Overall, we would visit again if we were in the area. The boys had an amazing time pushing their limits climbing on the indoor castle and loved racing around the race track as there were a couple of parent and child karts, however we felt it was a shame not being able to bring in your own food, felt the price for adults was too high and wished we were able to stay longer than the 2 hour allocated timeslot, therefore we have rated this day out 4 stars out of 5.
