We spent around 5 1/2 hours there including eating a picnic.

At Hobbledown there were castle style climbing frames, an indoor play barn, high ropes (weekends and school holidays only), bouncing pillows including a water pillow, under ground tunnels (over 5 year olds), storytelling sessions (weekends and school holidays only), animals with some walk throughs and a sensory room (timed sessions throughout the day).

One of our favourite parts of Hobbledown was the primate walk through area as the marmosets came really close to us.

Our other favourite part was the water pillow. The boys came back to this at least 3 times throughout the day as they loved running across it.

There is plenty of parking available. Parking spaces were on a dusty stone style carpark.
While at Hobbledown there was a cafe and a couple of food huts where food could be purchased. When walking past the cafe we saw that a child's lunch box which included a roll, drink asnd 3 snacks for £6.75. There were also plenty of picnic benches around to enjoy a picnic, with at least 10 handwashing stations scattered around the park.

When we visited, our eldest was 4 years old and our youngest was 2 1/2 years old. We found this to be a fun family trip.

We found two blocks of toilets around including a changing areas. There was also a nursing nook for feeding little ones.

The paths were a dusty stone style, which while it was windy blew into our faces. We did not bring the pushchair with us however I don't believe we would have struggled with it.

Overall, we would visit again if we were went on a discounted ticket day. When we saw staff they were friendly and we were impressed by how much was there including the detail involved in the play areas. However, we found the normal ticket prices expensive, we found random bits of glass around including in the sand pit area, we were disappointed that the underground tunnels were closed (we understood the sign said this could be scary for under 5s and that we visited on a toddler day, however we felt these tunnels should be down to parent discretion) and we found pretty much all of the castle style climbing area including the soft play too big for adults bigger than a size medium as the gaps to fit through are very tight which also means it was easy to lose your child if they like to run, so have rated this day out 3 1/2 stars out of 5.
