We spent just over two hours there. We easily could have spent a few more hours here if we had lunch there and if we spent more time in the children's play areas.

At Beale Wildlife Park there were a variety of animals including zebras, lemurs, goats, tortoise, and many others. There were a few children's areas including a large bouncy pillow, a rope climbing frame and playgrounds. While walking around there is also a train to hop on (pushchairs cannot go on this and need to be left in the buggy parking area), garden areas which included ponds and a gift shop.

One of our favourite parts of the wildlife park was the lemur area. You can walk around the enclosure and there is also a tunnel to crawl through with a window in the middle to be able to see into the enclosure from a different angle. We were able to get close to them.

Our other favourite part was the train. This was free to ride and circled the whole park.

There are plenty of parking available in a hard surface carpark. The carpark included disabled spaces, but there were no child spaces. Parking was free of charge.

While at Beale Wildlife Park, you can get food in their onsite café. When walking past, we spotted the 9-inch margarita pizzas were £10.50. There were picnic benches around the wildlife park and open grass areas to enjoy a picnic.

When we visited this attraction, our eldest was 17 months old and I was almost 9 months pregnant.  We found this day out to be enjoyable, no matter your age.

There are two sets of toilets available which included accessibility toilets. These were located on opposite end of the wildlife park. We found the toilets clean and well stocked with toilet roll.

We found the floor to be quite flat and did not struggle to push the pushchair around.

Overall, we would visit again. When we saw staff, they seemed friendly and helpful. The wildlife park didn't have the biggest variety of animals; however, we felt the play areas and gardens made up for this. Therefore, we have rated this day out 4 stars out of 5.
